Mark Valencia is a wonderful attorney. I have never hired an attorney before and it was a bit scary at first because I have heard awful stories about hiring an attorney. The whole experience was stress-free, he was always available if I had a question, and I was never passed on to an assistant. He is hard-working and always kept me updated on the status of my case. He is a dedicated professional knowledgeable attorney. I felt very comfortable talking to him. He had my best interest and work hard towards the best outcome in my case. I am very happy with the results.

If I could go back in time and tell myself that this experience was going to go down the way that it did, past me would never believe how smooth, easy, and beautifully this operation was executed on my behalf. Being represented by Mr Valencia was like riding in the backseat of the Bat-Mobile with him in the driver seat and the goons on the other side have slingshots. My favorite part of the experience was how human I felt throughout the entire thing. I didn't feel like a client or a profit or a victim people just felt bad for. I felt like a person who was understood, protected, and received justice. It made me believe in the American Justice System again.

Mark Valencia and Isabella Cywinska are the perfect couple to represent you! They are amazing to work with and on my case on discrimination, harassment, etc. I though I was going to loose, even though my proof were there it was tough. They won't stop until you get the ultimate money and legal assistant their is out there. Another lawyer would just give up, but not them! They know their way around the court and arbitration as well. The best lawyer I've ever had. Mark Valencia was there for me when I felt that there was no hope or justice for me. When I decided to write my review I took the liberty to view some of the others, although I did come across one that astonished me. Honestly,this was not the Mark Valencia that helped me with my case. His intelligence, his willingness to listen to me, and to help me through the process with understanding. Very professional, and hard working. He received many great comments. In my opinion Mr. Valencia should get the credit that he deserves. I recommend Mark Valencia and his partner Izabela Cywinska wholeheartedly 110 percent! Thank you! Mr. Valencia.

Mark and Cywinsky provided the worst service ever. He was always hard to get a hold of him and waited until the last minute before the trial to cram on prepare for the trial. Obviously, the work was insufficient, incomplete, and made me read thousands of documents within one month right before the trial date. Be careful!! He will wait until the last month before your trial to do incomplete work and so that I can get discouraged to go to the trial to win the case. Mark did not cooperate with me when I asked him to prepare for the trial early enough and he insisted not to depose the critical candidates for my case to win. Mark and Cywinsky's service were the worst legal service received.

Mark was fantastic! Mark and I went up againist 3 multi-million dollar attorney's all with thier gadgets in hand, smoke screens and lies and won in a 3 week trial not only did I win a huge judgement but I didn't even have to pay Mark out of my judgement because he also went againist them and won attorney fee's on my behalf so please don't let attoney fee's stop you from getting the justice you deserve!

Mark Joseph Valencia, along with his partner Izabela Cywinska, represented me in a challenging case against an ex-employer. They aggressively pursued the case and help to reach a satisfactory settlement for me. Their knowledge and expertise in the field was very impressive, and I would highly recommend them both. (Don't let the young-looking faces fool you!)
