The Werner law firm was recommended by our neighbor. And true to her experience this law firm is awesome! Very caring office staff answered our questions, and all was done in a timely manner. We were even quoted a price which we paid and it turned out it wasn't needed and if course they credited back to our card. I would say we had an outstanding experience. Would definitely recommend this law firm.

If you are dealing with a difficult child custody battle, Jack Lopez is not your guy. From a serious lack of communication and planning, having to file my own responses, correcting many grammatical errors, not filing all provided documents and having to resend the documents to him over and over again, unable to properly and professionally communicate with a judge, waiting to file documents last minute every time, getting confused about real events, not preparing me for mediation or court dates, not being prepared himself, saying that a court date will get postponed and informing me the very morning of the court date that is not postponed, and not filing provided proof of child support payments on time. I find Jack Lopez to be NEGLIGENT AT HIS JOB. Do not use this guy if you care about having a fair Trial or waste your money, having him in your side will most likely end up working against you and cost you a lot.

I had a very smooth experience, from first contact to getting the modifications to my Trust, new Will, new Power of Attorney, and Advance Directive. All my questions were answered promptly.
