Mark assisted in a copyright infringement case of mine back in 2012. Actually, there was another attorney (Jim) who the firm had handling the majority of my case with Mark and I was not happy with that "attorney" at all. The firm was great, this particular attorney was not. No surprise he was no longer with the firm soon after. Mark on the other hand was professional, reassuring, diligent, competent and professional. In a pretty dire situation, he gave me hope and in the end, I received a pretty fair judgment, all things considered. Some people have the temperament and skill set to get the job done.
