Contacted them about a possible probate issue. They could of said I needed to hire them. But instead took the time to talk to me with a free phone consultation. Sarahi was polite and took her time to help me and answer my questions. Told me I should be able to take of of it myself and told me how to do it and what forms I needed. Said if I had problems I could contact them again if needed. I real appreciated the help and the no hard sell.

On the few occasions that I’ve had questions (since first using WernerLaw Office for our personal law needs), , I’ve been treated with utmost respect. Both my husband and I, as well as my elderly mother have a will/trust with Werner. A phone call or office visit is offered but I’ve always opt for a phone call. Mr. Werner himself has always answered my questions with care and consideration. I recommend Werner Law Office without hesitation.

The Werner Law Firm has been a great partner in helping my mother and I navigate the probate process after my father's passing, as well as helping her establish a trust. The staff has been patient and professional as they've answered numerous questions and helped us to address unforeseen surprises during a difficult time. I am a private lender. I contacted Michael Chekian when a borrower filed for bankruptcy. I had never been through this process before and did not know what to expect.
Michael and his assistant, Kathya, far exceeded my expectations. They are experienced, professional, reachable and responsive. His fees were more than fair.
I would absolutely use him again and can recommend him to anyone.
