As a developer, Kassouni Law is on my speed dial. They have provided advocacy in several instances when building departments and city councils have made it difficult to get plans off the ground. Lawyer Timothy Kassouni is a heavy-hitter in this field. Upon reading his bio I knew I had the right person. He was involved in Lucas v South Carolina Coastal Commission, a case frequently mentioned in property law books. More recently, he prevailed in a regulatory taking action. This is unheard of in the property rights field. Without hesitation, I'd recommend Kassouni Law.

Tim did a great job for us in negotiating the use of our easement. We were able to draft an agreement without having to go to court which kept costs down and the situation with our neighbor as amicable as possible. We were really impressed that he gave us his personal mobile number, telling us to call him any time including nights or weekends.
