I want to thank the Derek Smith Law Group for helping me get through with confidence and diligence my harassment case. For quite a while i didn't know what to do about my situation, but Matt helped me to understand the laws and to know that there are people who truly care and are willing to help. I called Matt to see if I had a case against my employer, who I was still working for. He not only responded quickly but followed up a few days later after researching additional options about when and how to move forward with my my case. Most importantly, Matt made me feel like I wasn't alone with my situation, and that there was someone on my side, who was easy to reach and ready to help!

Mr. Matt from Derek Smith Law Group was attentitive and thoughtful from our first conversation. Its never easy to trust someone with sensitive information but the entire process, from our phone calls to the visits to his office, made me feel safe. I truly believe Matt had my best interests at heart and the results confimed that! Hopefully I dont need to use him again, but if anything comes up, hes my first call.
