Nevertheless, As I started to realize these minor aces and pain were not minor but more serious than I thought. I called them back several weeks later and they took my case. 1. Happy with the settlement offer for myself that I am receiving from M&Y.(compared to the other parties offer without an attorney $ 500.00 they offer- when my car was totaled. As well as almost two years of recovery and still not up to par). 2. Regardless of date from accident (they still took my case) 3. They explained, what could happen if we won or not. 4. They always took my calls in a timely manner if my assigned person was not available someone else was available. 5. Gave me an advance to see the doc and find another car with the insurance payment from my car alone. 6. I would recommend M&Y to anyone.
