I hired Mr. Wade to expedite my divorce after being with an ill-prepared attorney for 1 1/2 years in which I didn't get past the discovery stage. I got quick results with Mr. Wade and my divorce was finalized after 4 months. His support staff quickly responded to all my emails and returned my calls. Mr. Wade is very experienced and knowledgeable and found an error in a filing by my ex-spouse's attorney and took immediate action on her behalf which saved me money and didn't prolong the divorce proceedings. On a peaceful day on September 20, 2018, my doorbell rang and I was served with a 155 page, five-million-dollar Federal lawsuit involving allegations of fraud, money laundering and RICO/racketeering. My legal issue was fraud in the distribution in my parent’s trust/estate by the executor, my brother. Mr. Wade fully explained all the legalities, consequences and the procedures to rectify the situation. He possessed a thorough understanding of the law in this area. We endured two unsuccessful mediations, mainly because of the other side’s unwillingness to compromise in a settlement, thinking they had done nothing wrong.
