The 1st time I met John, he was just starting out. He did a good time explaining the concept of Living Trust, and were quite efficient in drawing up the Trust. I had some amendments made to the trust about 2.5 years ago. The response time was slow. I had to follow up a couple of times on the changes, and finally received the amended document. However, the CD was not included in the envelope. Overall, I am not too impressed at the response time and the service level.
