If this is the same Dan Martin (916-806-7247) that practices law in Fresno and threatened to take me to court I can tell you he is a wack job. Both him and his wife Danielle (916-764-2290) are nut cases. I was rehoming an expensive dog for very little money. I was even dropping it off all the way from San Jose. Unfortunately, a family member was extremely ill and I could not make the trip. They kept calling and threaten to take me to court for breach of contract and the nut case said I was causing major anxiety to his wife. I told them I was not able to speak (I was at the hospital worried about more important things.) I tried to explain only to be insulted by the wack jobs. Some people... I was essentially giving away a female cane corso and even driving her to them. This idiot throws his "I'm a lawyer, I should take everything you have speech" Like a total peace of S. Stay away from these nuts.

I can not believe anyone would think he is a good lawyer! He took our money ..then didn't even defend a family member he promised to help!!! Now he's doing life. I hope his conscious is clear.

Daniel, was recommended by a friend of my brothers,the other lawyer he had before,didn't give him any hope.He was facing life and only got ten years.Thanks to Daniel,Through this process he was honest with us,even if it was something we didn't want to hear.He always gave us hope and he would tell us not to give up.That if it didn't go our way we could always appeal.He showed compassion toward our family,that is rare nowadays.If anyone asked me if i could recommend a Lawyer I would recommend Daniel Martin.

I thought I was done. I had two strikes when I picked up a stupid theft case. I hired Mr Martin with my familys help. I don't know how he did it, but he got me probation. I was looking at life. You can tell that Mr. Martin cares about his clients, he is not just worried about the money.

Dan represented me very well! He kept me informed and I always felt like he was being honest and taking the extra steps in my behalf.

I met Mr. Martin 3 years ago and sense he has handled my last 5 Ticket's and has gotten me the best results and has always been very honest with me even when I did not want to hear it. He is a great Attorney and I will be hiring him again.
