Mr. Allan and his colleges navigated me through a very difficult and messy Employment complaint. I was an employer without EPLI, sued by a handful of opportunistic greedy disgruntled employees. I was told by numerous other attorney's to settle this case, "it is not winnable" was what they told me. Not only did Robert Allan see to it that the award was in my favor but he got me costs ( which were in the $65,000 range) and is continuing to fight for repayment of legal fees. It is never great to be waist deep in a tangled legal mess but if you find yourself in that unfortunate position it is good to know you have an extremely skilled attorney fighting along side you. Robert Allan IS that attorney.
