David Gammill did a terrible job as my attorney on a Civil case, when he was at Geragos & Geragos. He refused to do a prep session with me before the jury trial (and before I would go on the Stand); he lost all the important Motions in Limine at the beginning of trial; he did his prep for trial the night before the trial started; he was not a match -- despite his supposed experience -- for the other attorneys... they kicked his butt at trial; during jury deliberations, the other side made a financial offer, that wasn't great, but if Geragos & Geragos were willing to reduce their 40% Fee a little bit, could have been accepted -- and David refused to run this by his boss Mark Geragos; and then David didn't even show up when the Verdict came in... only his lackey assistant attorney was there. I would NEVER hire him again if he was the last attorney on Earth.

Mr. Gammill helped me out after I was arrested for defending myself. Although LAPD filed charges against me saying I was the aggressor. After talking to a couple of attorneys the odds of getting justice did not look good. I was referred Mr. Gammill and that made the difference. He managed to arrange a dismissal for community service. Which allowed me to save my job. I’ll be forever grateful. If you want an attorney that has integrity, compassion and actually cares for his clients then I would strongly recommend Gammill Law.

David Helped me out a while back. He got the DA to give me an offer that didn't cost me my job. When i recently reached out on behalf of a family member who had an issue he spent about a half an hour speaking to me and then suggested we stick with the Public Defender. Meant a lot he didn't try to charge us for no reason. I'd call him anytime.

I knew I had made the right choice when we walked into court and the judge's assistant got up and gave him a handshake and embrace. Couldn't ask for a better lawyer on your side.
