Did not use because their first advice given was a bail bondsman phone number. I'm not a criminal nor was i arrested. (Used another attorney and won case with custody of my daughter)

I retained Mike to handle my son's case. He was always very professional and presented ALL options, risks, benefits, indications and interpretations to us. He has a calm demeanor and is very respectful. He exhibits empathy while showcasing his expertise and knowledge of the law and inner workings of the "system". Mike takes time to explain logistics and is thorough and clear in his presentation of what to expect and what you should expect from him. He understands the stress and frustration of court dates and is really good about gauging the fear of the unknown or anticipation of outcomes; always making us feel comfortable and able to run things by him. He is readily available via text, e-mail and phone and returns messages promptly. Mike accommodated us with a reasonable payment plan listening to our financial hardship. His Admin. Asst. Tiffany works well with Mike and is equally professional. She is excellent at follow up and relays messages to Mike in a timely manner. All in all my son and I are very pleased with the services that Mike's office rendered. This is actually the second time I encountered his office. The time before was for a completely different issue and need but I received the same amount of respect, comfort, and professionalism from Mike and his team. He provided sound advise and was honest about the reality of my situation and what I should expect. It is very difficult to find individuals that serve another party and do so with the integrity that Mike displays. I wish there were more non self serving figures in our society today.

When I first decided to proceed with my official filing I did tons of research with many different law offices around the area and I let each each lawyer know exactly what I wanted and didn't want. I didn't want to get a bill with all these extra lawyer fees at the end of filing, or random expense showing up. Mr. Moore was very up front of his fee's and what to expect from the beginning to the end. His assistant Tiffany was extremely helpful and friendly which helped the process go even smoother then I expected. Mr. Moore always responded to emails within a timely manner, I never had any problems. I would highly recommend him for anyone who would like to have a smooth hassle free process.!
