I met with a few lawyers and Diane Marmolejo was the ONLY lawyer that seemed empathetic, intelligent, and most importantly trustworthy. From the start, Dinae was very knowledgeable and kind. I knew I could rely on her advice and trusted her judgment. As this time was very overwhelming for me, she helped me feel like I was making the right decisions. I hired Diane to do my prenup. Not only was she the least expensive attorney my fiancé’s attorney acknowledged how good a job she did and said he would add her to his list of referrals. And she did everything within literally hours so I could enjoy my wedding.

WOW, She is amazing, kind, sincere and willing to listen for an extended period without asking for a dime! What attorney does that. She supported me through a difficult time with my partner and she still is. I highly recommend her for all your family drama and needs. I decided to use Diane per the recommendation of a close family friend. I needed to get a prenup done and I left her little to no time to do so (close to my wedding date). That being said, she managed to exceed all of my expectations with regards to the thoroughness of the Prenup and attention to detail. She also assisted me in finding representation for my wife. I told her about my financial concerns both future and present, and she created a Prenup that covered everything that I asked for with additional protections that I would have been SOL without. She was professional, courteous and extremely accommodating. Getting a Prenup done is not fun. Not only when dealing with your significant other, but also money wise. She managed to keep my stress low by calming me and assuring me that all would be done prior to my wedding date. She also calmed me down by her in depth knowledge of the law. All was done in time and as promised. I highly recommend Diane. Also, she is very reasonable(for an Attorney) with her billing.
