Mr. Lysle was the first to respond, and his responses were very professional. I've posted questions on this forum in the past and a majority of the responses are always either profession-promoting or condescending. If a majority of the attorneys participating were of Mr. Lysle's ilk, this site would be the first to come to mind for recommendation. If the amount involved in my issue wasn't so trivial I wouldn't hesitate to give him my business. Professionalism goes a long way.

After responding to one of my Avvo online questions with an excellent answer, I decided to hire the services of Mr. Richard Lysle. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of professionalism, knowledge and experience that he has. From day one Mr Lysle made me feel like he was 100% on my side up against a big credit card company that was suing me for an issue for which I claimed was fraud. The good news is that with his guidance the credit card company dropped the lawsuit thus eliminating the debt and clearing my credit of the derogatory charge off.

Mr Lysle has took up on our case, as we were sued by a third party as a result of Idendity Fraud that we were victims of, and we had nothing to do with the actual court case which targeted us, we were concerned by the fact that our case was rather 'smaller' and yet maybe 'complicated' to deal with. He not only took the case seriously informing us with every detail and clear indications, but presented us on the court day, and shortly there after charges against us were dropped.
