Joe Tulley is one of the best trial lawyers in California... on a second opinion he found mutible factors to improve my case that my lawyer I retained missed out on. He cares about people and doesn't judge. I recommend Mr.Tulley to anyone who seeks the most bang for there buck and someone who truly cares about his clients

Great attorney. Gets it done. Excellent trial work.
If you have a criminal legal problem, this is the guy you want in your corner. I have used his services at least 4 times over the last 5 years for various family members.
The outcome of each case was off the chart better than one would expect. His fees are also quite reasonable.
