I'm so glad I found Anca! Estate planning is hard at times. There are so many considerations and sometimes difficult questions that need to be answered. It all takes time and Anca walked me through what seemed like endless decisions. She was so patient, answered a multitude of questions and when I was dragging my heels, gently prodded me forward. When we lost my brother in a hit&run in 2020, my family was devastated and completely lost, as we were in Romania and my brother was in the US. We didn't know anything about the process of intestate succession in California, as my brother died without a will. We reached out to Abbas Law Group and Anca helped us with care and compassion in what was a very challenging probate. She explained every step of the process and communicated with us, helped our administrator, and overall went above and beyond to help us wrap up this probate and distribute the funds to my mother. I highly recommend Anca at Abbas Law Group for anyone looking for an estate lawyer. We were moving to Europe a couple of years ago and realized that we didn’t have an estate plan in place. I contacted Abbas Law Group right when the pandemic started, spring of 2020. Despite having children, we neglected to set up a will, in case something would happen to us. Our lack of planning became Anca’s emergency, and she - remotely- patiently guided us through all our options, explained every step, prepared all documents and in no time, we were done.
