I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Castleton and his team. I cannot recommend them hi-enough! From the very first consultation, I felt welcomed and valued as a client. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about the welfare of my family and their future. I am trying my best to be a good sport about it. Spent $200 in hopes of getting some useful information. A game plan. Something. Heck, even just to listen to my situation. Only for him to not even listen to me or my concerns about my daughter. I could tell right away, that he was not going to help. I knew it, by the way he was trying to excuse himself. He shouldn’t have taken my money in the first place . I admit, my case is very complicated and I’ve tried several different attorneys and some have told me they cannot take my money or my case. He ended up saying he “doesn’t know how to do that.”(adoption reversal; or even representing me for latter) Which, in other words, means he is either too lazy to do it, or he doesn’t see any money with me, which is strange considering I make six figures. I even heard the receptionist ask him “you still want me to pull you out of there in 3 minutes?” Meaning, she was in on it too. She knew I was wasting my time. Followed by his response “nah. It’s not necessary.” Meaning, he had zero use for me and vice versa. Oh but he was able to go on Google and print this out for me. Lol. Must be nice to overcharge people for doing absolutely NOTHING. This was a terrible experience.

Aaron Castleton is very professional and he helped me with my trust .. my house and business is safe it’s was easy and he explained it to me and made me feel in good hands .. I wanted this in case anything should ever happen to me. My son will be in a good position. He set up the business bank accounts everything.. trust will deed it’s all covered thanks so much .. Aaron did all the paperwork to turn my company into a corporation. The staff all seemed to be in tune which showed me they are a great team. He was very attentive and listened to every question I had and every answer given to me completely made myself understand the process. I highly recommend this law firm!

I have been falsely accused of stalking, and my experience thus far with my accuser, the Merced Police Department, and University of California, Merced’s Title IX office has been very frustrating and stressful. Needing some legal help and guidance through this terrible experience, I decided to pay for a consultation with Castleton Law Firm. My first impression of the law firm was that the staff were very friendly, and the office was welcoming. The receptionist and I even shared a laugh before I was seen by the lawyers, Aaron and Jeffrey Castleton. When explaining my case, Aaron and Jeffrey were very attentive, which I appreciated. My experience with them started to go down hill however when I told them I was interested in suing my accuser for defamation. After explaining my case, Aaron mentioned that I needed to prove damages, such as the allegations impairing my employment opportunities. I argued that the professors know about the allegations because they worked with Title IX to ensure that the accuser and I no longer took our quizzes and exams in the same room (we were classmates). Furthermore, I argued that professors have a networking system, and if they have a negative opinion of you, such as believing you’re a stalker, then it could impair your chances of getting into a graduate program. After making this argument, the subject was changed. My experience with this law firm become worse when I started to get the sense that Jeff and Aaron were taking my accuser’s side. I couldn’t believe it when they were talking amongst each other, and Jeff said that my accuser probably went to the police and made the false allegation out of fear. I have shown them all the messages between the accuser and I, and there was nothing threatening about them. I couldn’t believe it when Jeff said that. I felt like Jeff and Aaron were defending the women I was trying to build a case against. After reflecting on this, the only reason why I believe Jeff said that was because I was angry during my consultation. However, the reason why I was angry was because I have been falsely accused. It became evident that Jeff and Aaron weren’t interested in my defamation lawsuit. Not only were Jeff and Aaron not interested in fighting with me against the false allegation, but Aaron had even advised that I just let this entire issue go, metaphorically saying that my accuser no longer exists. When everyone and the system is stacked against you, and no one takes your side of the story seriously, you’d like to think that the lawyer(s) you pay to consult will be on your side. However, I felt like that wasn’t the case with Jeff and Aaron. Overall, I believe that I had enough evidence to build my case against her, including an audio recording of a police officer not only stating what I was being falsely accused of, but making demands based on those false allegations. Within the audio recording, the officer demanded that I stop stalking her, without investigating the allegation and questioning whether I did it. If you’re a victim of false allegations, and you intend on fighting those false allegations with a defamation lawsuit, I advise you don’t pay for a consultation with this law firm. You’ll probably get treated the same way I did. I haven’t given up on my case against my accuser; however, I have given up on Castleton Law Firm.
