Really Quickly, I retained Mr. Ruggiers services to represent me in a bankruptcy. This case languished for almost two years in large part do to my lack of responsiveness. Frank stuck with me through my lack of communication during my medical difficulties and delivered great results including a release from debt, and I was able to keep my home. It came down to the wire where the Trustee had retained the services of a real estate agent and this agent had secured an offer on the house. Due to Franks responsiveness and knowledge of the law we were able to stop the sale and receive a ruling which released all of my remaining assets including the equity in my home from from seizure by the BK court.
