I had hired this attorney through ARAG my husbands legal network of attorneys. In a 3 week period I was only able to get him on the phone twice and he was extremely unprofessional like he didn't know what he was doing. After terminating our business I talked to my new lawyer who had said Joseph gave me the worst legal advice ever. Thankfully I didn't waste any more time then I originally did. He even wrote me saying he was going to sue me if I write a bad review about him, but I didn't care because i feel that I needed to warn everyone about this guy. DO NOT choose this man for your attorney you will truly regret it.
