Recently we had our trust done with Michael Pevney estate planning. We had a great experience with him. He explained everything really well without we even asking him. Very happy with his service on the two online meetings and the meeting at his office. At the meeting in his office we had a great experience with Heather Pevney too. They both are very efficient. They did everything very quickly than we expected. Totally we are very happy that we had our trust done with them. We highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get their estate planning done.

My wife and I had talked about creating an estate plan for some time, but we were not sure where to begin. One day, I came across a few videos on TikTok of Michael explaining the estate planning process. His videos were very informative and easy to understand. We decided to reach out to him for a free consultation. During this consultation, Michael took the time to listen to us in order to better understand our needs, he answered all of our questions, and provided us with an overview of an estate plan that made sense for us. We contracted Michael to help us create our estate plan. Michael made sure to communicate regularly with us during the entire process and was always available to answer our questions. Michael was fantastic for all of our estate planning needs! He was patient and attentive, took additional appointments when we wanted to make changes, and advised us on why some of those changes would not be preferred, or where what we wanted to accomplished was already built into the plan. Every detail was taken care of, and he was able to get all of our properties included into the trust as well. All in all, we felt very well taken care of and feel like we have a trusted, expert advisor on our "team" now! The videos are super useful and take away a lot of the mystery about setting up a trust, dealing with heirs, etc. Plus you will get a good idea of Michael’s highly professional and efficient approach in the event you use his services. We decided to have Michael set up our estate plan and we are more than pleased with this decision. Michael answered our questions clearly and completely. He gave practical advice about certain things to do or not to do with the estate plan. We had a chance to review all documents prior to signing. They were flawless. Since we live about 100 miles from Michael’s office we were grateful to have meetings via zoom rather than having to travel that distance. Michael arranged a notary to come to our house to execute the final documents. Bottom line: Setting up your estate is too important to leave to chance. You will be in good hands with Michael Pevney.
