Special recognition goes to Lynda the Case Manager for keeping in constant contact with me about every step of the way going through litigation. She always communicated a detailed rundown of how the legal process was going and in the end my case was settled for more than what was first offered to us. I usually don’t make these reviews online but I made time to write this because they definitely deserve it. I transferred my case from another firm due to an awful experience with communication, and poor progress on my case. Bottom line the previous firm ruined my case. I’m immensely grateful to Atty. Brian Banner, and case manager Lynda, for salvaging my case; efficiently advocating for me, to get the appropriate settlement I deserve, while they are fully aware that they will not get the full compensation from my settlement due to my case was previously mishandled by a different firm. They did not work my case with any mediocre approach. For the past 17 months that my case has been sitting in the other firm’s desk, not once did I spoke/met the attorney working on my case, and the case manager assigned to my case is changing monthly. That’s why it was foreign to me to hear from Lynda so often, but I truly appreciate the consistency and constant update. Lynda is a lioness, and I mean that in a positive way!
