My divorce in 2003 left me with having to pay lifetime alimony. When the economy crashed in 2008, my income crashed, as well, and I was not able to keep up with my payments. Consulting another atty, I was basically told that there was nothing I could do until I was able to get current with my payments. In 2014, a friend who had used Jennifer, with much success, told me to give her a call. Upon meeting her, I was at once impressed by her knowledge, her honesty, aggressiveness, and great personality. I was SO glad to have her on my side. She has been in the arena for many, many years and it was very evident when the court date arrived. She was miles above the atty on the other side. In fact, we never went in front of the judge. Jennifer was able to negotiate everything without ever stepping inside the court room. In the end, my alimony was terminated. Jennifer is a very well educated, personable, and professional attorney. My fiance and I needed her services regarding custody of our son and she made the entire process painless. Jenn is direct. She gets the job done. She was responsive and caring, yet firm as to what I needed to be willing to do. Because I listened to her, my outcomes came out to what I had hoped for vs what was recommended by the court. She has a great attitude and sense of humor. Let's face it you need a sense of humor dealing with the court - it has systemic flaws. Jenn was able to navigate those waters with finesse and dignity for me. She was above all else child centered.
