I was involved in a car accident that the other party was trying to fight for whatever reason and the second I called Banner Attorneys, they stepped up and took over. Derek Taylor handled my case and I appreciate him for all his help and and transparency and even dealing with my impatience. He made a tough process a lot more bearable.

With 100% confidence, you can trust that Brian Banner will get the job done. My case took just under 3 years to settle out, and without sounding too cliché, it was well worth the wait. He stuck it out with me until the end and continually reassured all my concerns and complaints throughout these last few years even though I probably stirred the pot a few times. My dad was in an accident (a car hit him while he was riding his bike) last December. Needless to say, the entire family was very shaken up and didn't know what to do. He was very understanding of our situation and very clear in explaining the next steps. My dad's case is now closed and we as a family are very happy and feel that Brian got us the compensation my dad deserves from all the physical and emotional suffering; we could've never done that by ourselves. The entire time we were working with Brian, we always felt like he was on top of things. I mostly communicated with Alyssa, the case manager, and she was very fast in responding to all my emails, not to mention very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough about Brian Banner and his law firm! He took such great care of us. He helped us find the doctors that we needed and also fought against our insurance company. Our own insurance company offered us very little. Brian fought with them and threatened a lawsuit. Because of his diligent work and not just giving in to their threats, Brian got us more money than we could have ever thought. He negotiated with all of our doctors and helped us pay off all of our bills and keep more money in our pockets.
