I had some auto insurance claim which was not fully paid by my insurance company then I went down to Mr. Rai in January 2018 he had discuss the case with me and accepted my file then he said I'm going to send the demanding letter to your insurance company in couple of weeks let me ready your file then I'll send the demanding letter to your insurance company but you know guys how many months he took to do that he took almost 6 months to just send that letter and finally when my insurance company started negotiations with me he said I dont do these kind of cases I cant help you then I thought he might done some kind of setting with my insurance company and he was trying to convince me with what they were offering finally I told him to return my file and I got back please do not trust this guy

Attorney Gurjeet Rai IS by far the most uncooperative, laziest, opportunist Attorney I have ever engaged and TRIED to work with. Attorney Gurjeet Rai was NOT my choice, I was handed off to him by my 1st attorney when my Ex-wife dragged my divorce out for years and the 1st attorney retired. To date, 4yrs 11months since the settlement was signed in 2013, Attorney Gurjeet Rai has cost me $82,600.00 in what has been deemed "Illegal support payments under federal law, Title 38cfr." When Attorney Gurjeet Rai was handling or should I say filling out the paperwork, I research and presented Attorney Gurjeet Rai with everything he needed to prevent this illegal payment was told to 'Forget about it and just get this over with'! SOME REPRESENTATION, was I really paying a small fortune for this?! Do not hire this Attorney, representation from Attorney Gurjeet Rai will only cost you double! His high fees and what He WILL NOT support or represent you on in court. Of course this is only my and my pocket book's opinion.
