I would highly recommend using Michael as your Family Law attorney. He’s patient and he’s kind, he will fight for you tooth and nail. Also, if you want an attorney that cares about your case and not just your money. I cannot tell you how many times that I called and texted his office and either him or Kayla would respond quickly to put my mind at ease. I cannot thank you enough! Kelli is amazing! Her knowledge the court process, criminal complaints and the legal system is unsurpassed. She is fiery and motivated and extremely well versed when it comes down to criminal defense in Stanislaus county. She understands not only how the district attorneys think, but how opposing councils work. She is highly communicative and never leaves me in a place wondering what's happening next. She cares about her clients and she makes sure she goes out of her way to make them feel comfortable through some of the darkest times they can be in. She is very motivated when it comes down to defending her clients in the highest accord. She works nights and weekends and make sure her clients have everything they need in preparation for their defense. Our consultation even happened on a Sunday. I had a lot of respect for that. Level of dedication is unmatched. Kelly will fight for your rights no matter what the situation. She is fair and honest and will not pull any surprises that leave you questioning. Michael is a tenacious attorney that will constantly prove that he will stop at nothing to fight for his clients in every way needed. I met Michael last year through a consultation referral and he has not let me down once in the whole time I've known him. I recommend Vivian to anyone in a tough situation and needing a solid defense attorney for legal representation. She knows how the prosecution side works because she used to be a DA. When i was searching for a lawyer, they just give me the price without even knowing my case, so they just were like " it's gonna be...$$$$ so do you want the appointment? " and "it's gonna be extra if go to a trial..." with Vivian was easy and clear after the first appointment, also she is really kind, answer fast to question by e-mail, text or call... and the best part affordable :D y Habla español, tambien eso me ayudo mucho en algunas cosas que no entendia muy bien.
