I was referred to Kenea Bains and Bains Law Inc. by my realtor that recognized that I was involved in a messy family trust issue and I should speak to an attorney. Kenea was very understanding and empathetic, and she gave me the knowledge and clarity to help me understand what my options were. Shortly thereafter, my family trust became VERY ugly, as a caretaker had interfered with the trust which caused me to need to take legal action to rectify the issue.
