Kirk McAllister is an amazing criminal defense lawyer. Kirk has a brilliant mind, and a vast knowledge and a wealth of experience with trial law. I was accused of a crime that I did not commit, as a law abiding citizen I had no idea where to begin. I was given a referral by a friend. From the moment I sat across from Kirk McAllister I was confident and reassured. After more than a year of ridiculous, petty, time wasting attempts the DA finally dropped all charges. I am convinced that if not for Kirk McAllister I would still be playing the ridiculous game of cat and mouse with the DA.

I was charged with frivalous crimes and sought legal council. After speaking with many attorneys I chose Martha Magana due to her reputation as a dedicated hard hitting lawyer. She was not intimidated by the state prosecuters and got my charges reduced from life in prison to 5 years probabation. Those of you who are reading this and going through a similar situation know how unlikely of a result that is.
