Over the course of a year, Tracy Y. Toledo, showed my family understanding, kindness, and compassion. She has a detailed expertise in matters of child custody law, and had the tact to tell me hard truths in a compassionate way, so that I would understand them. Tracy and her Paralegal Alicia worked tirelessly for the benefit of my family, always putting the needs and welfare of my son above anything else. Unlike other law firms, Tracy is not in the business of law to make money; she does it to help struggling families. Her billing practices are very fair, and she never overbills. She gave detailed instructions on what I needed to do to gather and present all my evidence in a clear and concise way, so the court could see the real picture on what was going on, and she fiercely fought for my family in every mediation meeting we had. Trusting Tracy with my family’s wellbeing has been one of the best decisions I have made, and I will continue to trust her with what is most important to me. I highly recommend anyone who needs child custody lawyer to contact her.

Tracy Y. Toledo she would show up late for hearing. never having any time to go over strategy for case. The most unprofessional lawyer I had the misfortune to work with.. Warning to all she is not good in court. Not trust worthy I would not recommend her to anyone.

I reached out to Tracy for my case. She offered me free consultation for 30 mins but we ended up talking for an hour. Based on the call, I can say, she really cared and put herself in my shoes and gave her legal consult. He walked me through various scenarios and she was never pushing me towards hiring her right away. She gave all the possibilities, pros & cons and she left me to decide how should I proceed. Somewhat helpful but we did all paperwork and still didn’t get what we wanted provided all info for her and it wasn’t even used in court wasn’t satisfied with her efforts to help obtain custody in this case very disappointed

Getting divorced is difficult even when you want it. I honestly can’t imagine getting through it without Tracy Toledo’s support and knowledge. She made me feel brave when I thought I’d fall a part. Tracy also provided the hard facts in a simple matter of fact way. I’m sure I asked her the same questions several times but she was patient & kind during the hardest time in my life. Tracy Toledo is a brilliant attorney who will fight for you, but she also has a kind heart.

Ms. Toledo was willing to take the time from her personal life while on vacation to consult me. She answered every question I had even after she knew she would not be able to take my case due to time constraints. Tracy, was there for my kids & I during the divorce. She answered all my questions during the day & some times at night. A neighbor was harassing & making threaten remarks towards me. One day he acted on his threat & I had to go to the hospital due to the injuries that I suffered. I had called several lawyers they said they would only be able to get a two way restraining order because we were neighbors. I had done nothing wrong & did not understand this way of thinking. This man had a criminal record with a history of violence. Tracy Toledo was successful in getting a one way restraining order for me. I found her easy to work with. She truly cares about her clients. Tracy Toledo was the best criminal lawyer ever. She also is now pursuing a civil suit for me.

he is worth your time . I run a small business and chase money from clients sometimes . I had a clienet that owed me over $4000 and was giving me the run around. Tracy got involved and within 4 months and many tries from the client to delay and dodge her, she got me my money. The entire time she kept me on the loop and lead me every step.
