I was lucky enough to consult with Roland Soltesz, who quickly put me at ease about the citation received by my son. Mr. Soltesz was personable & knowledgeable about the possible outcomes for my son's case & took the time to thoroughly explain them to me. Instead of asking us to immediately sign an expensive retainer he suggested that his office continue to monitor the case as it was reviewed by the DA's office. Jackie was then diligent about staying in touch with the DA & giving me updates. Ultimately the DA did not charge my son so we did not have to retain Mr. Soltesz, but I was completely impressed with the professionalism & helpfulness of everyone I had any contact with. I also appreciated the integrity of Mr. Soltesz & his team -- it would have been easy for them to charge me thousands of dollars to retain them (as other attorneys I consulted with suggested) even before knowing whether my son was going to be charged. I couldn't recommend this firm more highly.
