My mom was involved in a car accident at the start of 2020, and right when we thought things couldn't get any worse, the pandemic hit. Being represented by Jared Salter and his team was the best decision for us, as it alleviated a lot of stress during an already difficult year. This was the first PI case I had to deal with; I wasn't involved in the accident but became the primary contact for my mom who was having a hard time recovering from it. I was very appreciative of all the updates and quick responses the team provided. I never felt like I was a distraction in an otherwise busy caseload of more important clients. Jared and Alex were very straightforward and reliable in explaining and getting things moving with Medicare, workers comp, and in final negotiations. And Jared was able to negotiate up to the top offer without a lawsuit. Jared, Alex, Andrew, and the whole team at Harris Personal Injury, thank you for advocating for my mom, especially during these stressful Covid times.
