The other review mirrors my experience exactly. He rushed me into settling the first part of my claim and I ended up with practically nothing. I had lifetime medical, but whenever the WC insurance did not want to cover doctor recommended therapies he actually told me that he wasn't get paid anything to help me - and he would do nothing. I fired him and am looking for another attorney. Dirk is rude and a waste of time.
