Glenda Deguzman, who responded to me, was excellent after my accident. I was at an impasse I did not know who to turn to. I went to my job to tell and them what had happened and was let go because of my work restrictions. After my talk with her, Ms. Deguzman said that she would investigate this case and she told me that I had a good case through affidavits. Thanks to her I was able to win my case.

The Dunion law firm Made me feel great after feeling lost and not knowing what to do or where to go after my accident . Let's just say amazing. Two cases they handled for me. Got a nice settlement on the first one, but got me the highest amount I could get on the second one after the insurance company said they wouldn't pay. I can't thank them enough. My wife was injured in a car accident while coming home from work one night. That is a stressful situation that no one looks forward to in dealing with the other driver's insurance company, medical care and all. We saw the Dunnion Law Firm's ad on tv and thought we would give them a call. We were assigned Jake Fathy as the attorney to work with us on our case and it has truly been a pleasure working with Jake. He and the staff at Dunnion helped us every step of the way, from the beginning of the case all the way through us getting our settlement. Sargis was the attorney that handled my wrongful death action for my daughter who was, unfortunately, a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Throughout this very difficult process, Sargis and his assistant, Linda were beyond helpful. They were always there for me when i needed them and made me feel like i was truly a part of the family, not just another client or a number. Sargis fought hard for me. My daughter was found to be at fault for the accident, but that didn't stop him. He kept fighting for me, and eventually, got me a very, very large settlement! When i would come into the office, i was always treated with empathy, dignity and open arms by not only Sargis, but by Mr. Dunnion as well. Although i wish i could have met them under different circumstances, i know if i ever need them again, they will be there for me. Glenda de Guzman and her staff, Megan and Liz, were on top of everything, and great about keeping us informed on the progress of our case. If I could rate this with 10 stars I would. I really appreciated their quick responses to any of my questions. My bigest plus was that all the staff that I dealt with spoke English with no accents. It is very stressful to try and deal with someone when you cannnot understand what they are trying to say. Glenda delivered exactly what she told us was her main objective. I will recommend them to all my friends and use them again if need be.

5.0 star rating 9/28/2016 I was in multiable car accident back 2014-2015 and i called The Dunnion Law firm and was assigned Jake Fathy to handle my case i am so glad i did Jake and his team were such great people to work with,Jake went that extra mile that some lawyer wont do.Jake really cares about his clients when my wife was going through her battle with cancer,Jake would always ask how my wife was doing,i am really thankful for Jake and his team,and Maria she is truly a sweetheart of a lady every time i called she was so professional if i had a question i needed answered and she didn't have the answer she would find out and get right back to me on it. if you ask me a 5 star review does not do justice to this team i would give them a 10 star rating,once again i would like to thank Jake and the Dunnion Law Firm for everything they did for me and if i need a lawyer in the futher i will call Dunnion's as long as i could get Jake Thank John McPherson

hello I would like to start this off by saying three years ago I was shot in the face while reposessing a car. I received extensive damage to my face and my jaw was shattered in part leaving me on my deathbed eventually to have my mouth wired shut for months on end and in excruciating agony for years. I contacted dunnion law firm and had him handle my case, I received $100,000 on the first law suit while he charged 45% from sitting at his desk. I could say Connell did well getting the first case with homeowners insurance resolved. Then I went after another insurance company covering the reposession bond. Connell informed me that he had to take a bigger valued case and would be assigning another attorney. I then was introduced to Jenny De La Campa, who was really sweet but you have to understand that she is working for Tom so she has to do what he says while they are going after this insurance company. They let some good offers pass about a year into the case, put my family through grueling depositions, friends were harassed by process servers for opposing counsel with Dunnion doing nothing to put a stop to the harrasment. During all this they hired a back yard attorney who I couldn't find but a few (negative) reviews on. I only had one phone conversation with this attorney,Michael Whittaker, in which he called me a liar about my career experience and my education. needless to say I let him go which dunnion did NOT LIKE ONE BIT. They did not want to have to personally go to trial.I then contacted them numerous times and got the run around. when it came down to going to trial for a case valued at $3,000,000.00 dollars they backed off and bullied me into signing papers and said if I refuse to sign I will have all these costs to pay. What happened to their flat rate charges? If we dont win you dont pay, to me that's a bunch of lies. I was bullied into taking $10,000.00 and they sent me a check for $2,135.69 it should have been over $5,500.00 I didn't get a fee break down but even then I should have been charged 45% as stated in the original contract and I would not be responsible for any other fees. This firm doesn't care for their clients, They look for fast and easy money. If they have to dance in front of a jury they refuse.THEY DON"T GO TO BAT FOR YOU.I have battled this case way too long now and to be treated the way they did? I am now left with medical bills totaling over$500,000.00 not including further costs for reconstructive treatments. I live every day in pain and discomfort while the members of this firm sleep well at night knowing they get taken care of before their clients. They use the name to scare most insurance companies into paying out before a trial is necessary but when an opposing attorney calls their bluff they put their tail between their legs and hire outside trial lawyers. I don't see how they could do this to a lot of people knowing these people have families to support and are unable to work due to injuries, are left with huge medical problems and high medical debts While Tom moves on the the next payday laughing all the way to the bank while his clients are left depressed, incapacitated and trying to figure out what to do next. I have read nearly a hundred negative reviews in recent weeks and wish i would have looked into this more 3 years ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM FOR ANY HUGE INJURY CASE MAYBE A DOG BITE OR SMALL FENDER BENDER BUT ANYTHING ELSE MOVE ON TO SOMEONE WHO CAN BETTER ASSIST YOU AND STAND BY YOUR SIDE AND BE LEVEL WITH YOU AND YOUR DECISIONS REMEMBER YOUR THE CLIENT THAT HIRED A LAWYER NOT A LAWYER HIRING YOU BUT SEEMS THAT WAY WITH THIS FIRM AND WHAT EVER THEY DO TO SCARE AND THREATEN YOU.
