If you get in a car accident, no matter what your contract states or what your insurance company tells you, call Dunnion. I never would've gotten a dime from my insurance company or the driver who slammed into the car behind me which in turn slammed into me. In the end, I got a settlement of the max possible. Also, Sargis, who handled my case asked for no commission for the vehicle damage portion of the case, only for the medical. In the end, I probably recouped every penny I ever paid if not more to Geico over the years I had my policy with them.

I called them about My case they wanted my case... I felt like I was with a bad used car .You might get more than you bargained for! They did not seemed like I would Get the repsentation And dedication for my well being it was like the guy sales of snake oil like the county fair! Not very professional! The TV commercials Regarding repsentation are a joke.

When you wake up in the emergency room after being mowed down by a car in the pedestrian crosswalk at Whole Foods, the last thing on your mind is: will my insurance company cover my hospital stay, surgeries, surgeons, home care, physical therapy? etc. The only thing you are really thinking about is: am I going to live? Having lived through it, please know that your “trusted” insurance company, to whom you’ve been faithfully paying premiums for decades, will suddenly lose your phone number… yep, your “like a good neighbor” lovely insurance company and the insurance company of the philistine who ran you over will run for the hills. The best advice I received in the hospital was: get yourself a “PI” (personal injury) attorney to sort this out. If you’re like me, I had no idea whosoever to retain. So I asked my friends, and they asked their local business attorneys, and quite surprisingly, the same firm and the same name came back: Dunnion Law and SARGIS ATANOUS. I call him Sargis “Superman” Atanous because he is, “Superman”. The insurance companies are terrified of him… so much so, that they settled my case faster than the speed of light (weeks, not years). Even the hospital billing office was impressed by how fast my very HUGE bill was paid off. So don’t mess around when you’re injured, focus on healing and let Sargis “Superman” Atanous take care of the rest.
