I highly recommend Mr. Sargis Atanous at Dunnion Law Firm in Monterey, CA. My husband called Mr. Atanous from the E.R. the day of the accident and we are both certainly very happy that he did. Mr Atanous is truly “Top Notch”, seriously. He was so caring, comforting, present and paid complete attention to my case. Mr. Atanous returned all of my calls and emails promptly. My wife and kids were involved in a motor vehicle accident, July of 2021. After doing some research, I called Dunnion Law. In our accident injury case, we had a great experience working with Sargis, one of the great lawyers at Dunion Law. In this case, originally, we had retained another law firm, Boden Law, a totally incompetent law firm that could not get us even our cost for this ordeal and tried to convince us to take the severe loss and settle at the small sum Geico Insurance had offered to pay. At that point, we fired Boden Law, and retained Dunion Law. Sargis at Dunion Law got us over 5 times more money in damages from the Geico Insurance company! We had a great privilege to work with Sargis, who represented us, negotiated with Geico and was able to get us the rightful amount from Geico, who has a policy of not paying anyone! I tried to retain this law firm to represent me on the diminished value of my vehicle, loss of use of the vehicle, and loss of wages as the vehicle was for commercial use and was in the shop fire repair for 6 weeks.
