Nobody wants to go through a bankruptcy but if you find yourself in a tough spot and don't know how to get out I would recommend working with Jeremy. He was kind, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to emails.

It was a long process, but I was able to get it successfully completed with Mr. Peck's help. He was thorough, took the time to walk me through everything and answer all of my questions, and was responsive every time I came up with another thing to ask. Filing for bankruptcy is never what I'd call "fun", but it was certainly much less stressful than it could have been working with his firm. 10/10 would recommend!

The Pandemic hit me hard as it did a lot of people and my near perfect credit score was about to change. I had to file Chapter 13 and Jeremy was incredibly helpful and the whole process went smoothly and I am know debt free! Filing for bankruptcy can be frightening if you don't have the necessary resources. Fortunately, I had Jeremy Peck to assist me. I was immediately given an appointment by him, and he was very professional. Even before I hired him, he took the time to respond to a few of my inquiries. He explained the various bankruptcy options to me and assisted me in selecting the one that would work best for me.
