My original case started in 2016 and ultimately didn't get resolved until recently this year 2020. Mr. Coniglio was always present to help and provide support to me throughout the entire time. He was able to provide connections to a competent Appellate attorney when my case required it which resulted in my case being reviewed and ultimately being dismissed. He believes in supporting his clients and truly helping them. I cannot support him enough based off how he's helped me.

Classic Nightmare Situation: Otherwise upstanding, gainfully employed, 100% law abiding guy commits a minor traffic infraction and gets pulled over. The bad news? I'd had a few drinks. What happened was an exception, not the rule, insofar as my behavior, and I didn't want an exception hamstringing my future. I'd heard John's name around Santa Cruz and Monterey in the past - he has an excellent reputation, so I called him. He got it done, period. He was meticulous, methodical, responsive and educated me on the (in many cases totally illogical and harsh) DUI laws. It became clear as we worked together that everyone respects him - the DAs, other lawyers, and judges. His network and credibility is an invaluable asset. Initially I was facing a misdemeanor DUI charge, along with a 12 month DMV license suspension for refusal. The charge was reduced to a Wet Reckless, and we beat the DMV to get the license suspension thrown out entirely. Bottom Line: John saved my license, and kept a DUI off my record. I'm looking forward to working with him to get the Wet Reckless expunged down the line.

Mr. John Coniglio did an exceptional job of representing me. I live in Southern California and my DUI occurred in Santa Cruz. He took care of the DMV hearing without me having to attend court, working his magic to keep me from having my license suspended.
