I have been abused in domestic violence, language and mental, I want to file a restrain order with the court, I prepared all documents and evidence: DV-100; DV-110; CLETS-001; DV-109. On October 27, 2023, I email all documents to him and ask him to sign his name in DV-100 page 12, then I will file with the court. Mr. Pisano emailed me, he said he will prepare and file the restrain order with the court. But he did not. I followed up several times, but he never file the restrain order with the court. Mr. Pisano become my attorney in August 2023. I ask him to subpoena my ex’s employer for all the benefits he received under his company’s profit share plan. But he didn’t. On March 18, 2024, he issued the subpoena, ask for paystub, W-2. The information we already have. My ex’s attorney already gives us his paystub on 12/21/2023, and we already have ex’s W-2, why ask again? Mr. Pisano’s subpoena is not any help to discover. I want to choice zero star instead one star.
