My wife and I were in an accident and hired one of the “billboard” attorneys out of Los Angeles - it was pretty apparent right away we were just a number. We wanted to find an attorney in the Temecula area that specialized in car accidents. A friend of ours referred us to Brent. From the moment we met with him the difference was night and day. Our case is still on going but we don’t have to call, email and chase our attorney down to find out where things are at with our case because we are updated in real time and we are kept in the loop. Up front in the beginning on how long the process is when negotiating a settlement. It is your responsibility to provide them as much information as possible, do not procrastinate on this (we didn’t and it was for the better). Always professional when I had to communicate with the firm. I did once had to offer some “constructive criticism” and I received an apology. Those things can happen and it was not a huge deal. They honesty do work for you and have your best interest in mind. I would recommend Hales and Associates to anyone looking for a personal injury attorney.

Phenomenal ‘superb’ attorney Brent Hales & staff. We were rear-ended standing still in traffic by a inattentive driver. Our insurance company slow to respond. I am extremely critical of people and if asked I'd normally give 4 stars to the best of people. This is that rare exception where you will not find a better attorney.

Very fast an efficient! After our accident we decided to get a lawyer and Brent was the first lawyer to get ahold of us directly and soon enough met up with him. Brent always made sure we had consistent updates on our case and he fought very hard to get us what we deserved. Most cases take years and years to settle, but Brent was very fast and got us settled less than a year! We are so thankful for him and all that he has done for us and highly recommend him to our family and friends or anyone who needs help solving a case!!!
