Andrew Westover and his staff were incredible to work with. They offer a portal for communication that allows messaging as well as documentation uploading. I have never walked away from court feeling accomplished, until today! I will be referring his services to anyone I know requiring legal assistance. Thank you again!

Fortunately my situation changed. The mother of my child finally started letting me see my son again. So I called Westover law to inform them of my situation. Westover law was very happy that my situation changed from not seeing my son to seeing him everyday. I asked if I was able to get any of my retainer back of course I knew that they had already worked on my case a little bit. So I wasn’t expecting the full amount back. Which I stated to them. The day I heard the court's awful ruling in my divorce, I began calling attorneys before I pulled out of the court parking lot. It was 10x worse than I expected and I needed an appeal. The attorney I hired to help me failed me miserably. I made five to six calls a day for nearly a month. In the few times in my life when I've needed the police or an attorney, it's always been in the worst moments of my life. Of my many calls to attorneys, I was primarily dealing with impatience, condescension, and sometimes annoyance. I'm not looking for sympathy, I'm afraid and need help. Most offer 15 minutes free telephone consultations while others required $1,000 for the first hour. Mr. Westover allowed a face-to-face consultation and he did something that all the other attorneys would/did not do. He patiently listened and concentrated on everything I said. He spent a generous amount of time walking me through my case, explored my potential options, and then outlined all that went wrong. He basically said the same thing 30 attorneys said but he said it better. I stopped making calls and am starting to accept my reality. He's smart and kind. I truly wish I had found him in my initial search for representation. I am 100% certain I would be in a much better standing today.

Andrew isn’t the type of attorney to tell you what you want to hear. He will tell you what is logical and will get the job done. He’s aggressive, professional, and organized. He will fight for you! Karen recommended us to him a while back and taking her advice was the best decision we could have made. Karen went above and beyond helping us with the case. She’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. She gave us so much advice and we wouldn’t know the situation we would be in without her.
