I had a minor issue regarding a shared fence with a neighbor. Alex responded promptly and was extremely helpful. While he didn't feel I needed his services at this time I definitely would use him for any future legal real estate needs. Was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Alex was incredibly easy to talk to. He's the type of Attorney we all want when we call a law office. Direct yet very personable. Alex gave me the next course of action to take and made it fit the big picture. He spent at least 20 minutes going over my situation and never mentioned a consultation fee. Alex is definitely our new go-to guy. He'll tell you right up front if He can help with your situation. You won't be disappointed.

I called Alex early in the AM, and received a return call from him directly by the afternoon. He was patient while I rambled on about my concerns and then responded back with sound advice. If you're in need of legal advice I would definitely recommend giving him a call. 😉

After speaking with 2 other attorneys that were at best "cryptic" in how they answered. my questions around possible litigation I was considering, fees, etc., my 3rd call was to Alex - and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! He talked straight forward to me, gave solid plans of attack to consider along with giving a good understanding of potential fees with each option. He was VERY HELPFUL and I would urge others to not waste time calling around like I did - just CALL ALEX!

I called for some simple information and he is the first attorney that treated me like a human being and not just a client, or number. Mr. Knaub not only responded to a frantic email on a Saturday morning in less than an hour, but he also took the time out his busy day to speak to my wife and I for almost an hour.
