If you need an attorney for a trust Jennifer Dean is about the worst you can find. We are currently registering two formal complaints with the CA state bar against her. For something as important as these matters are do yourself a favor and find one of the many others. They must seriously pay for their good reviews. It's that bad, trust me.

I just finalized my family trust and estate plan! I had an awesome Marine Corps veteran and owner at Shoup Legal help me through the process. I can’t thank David and Andrea Shoup enough for their help in ensuring that if something ever happened to my wife or I, everything will be taken care of, and I have zero concerns that my kids will be taken care of. This is one of those subjects that not everyone wants to talk about but if you have any questions please reach out to these amazing people! I learned about how important this is when I talked with them but also when my dad passed last year he didn’t have something like this and it unfortunately makes the process a lot longer and harder for our kids to get what they need when they need it. My dad passed about a year ago, my sister and I are still waiting on probate to be done so we can move on... On a better note, my kids won't have that problem thanks to Shoup Legal!

David and his team at Shoup Legal made the process for creating our Family Trust seamless and easy. He was professional, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. I believe I found the best business attorney in the valley! David Shoup has been working on service contracts for my business and in the middle of working on them I had a big client reach out for a proposal on a big job for my company and they needed the proposal that day! I was stressing about getting it done in time. I called my business attorney (David) and he got right on it and had it all typed up for me within a few hours and I was able to send the proposal on time and my client was happy to see a quick response for my business!
