I want to say thank you to Emily and the entire Khan Law Firm team. It was an emotional journey, almost giving up at one point, but in the end my wife’s case was approved.

The khan law firm really did a great job at handling my immigration case . I would totally recommend Ms. Emily Brooks, Esq. She helped our case as best as she could. She speaks Spanish which was extremely helpful . My case was approved within a couple of months which was amazing . Great ethics and overall a great person . Don’t look anywhere else this is the place to get your immigration process approved.

Nas Khan Montoya. The best attorney you could ever find, he was super friendly and helped me through entire progress until I got my U.S citizenship. It was very hard because I had criminal record but this attorney helped me with everything I’ll be grateful for my entire life for what he did. We hired the Khan Law Firm to help us with our Fiancé Visa process and then our Change of status. We mostly worked with Emily Brooks, and she was most helpful. I think anyone can agree that immigration processes are stressful but Emily would always answer my questions as soon as she could. I would definitely recommend anyone use the Khan Law Firm for your immigration needs.

I will say this was my best experience I have had with a lawyer. I had hired a different lawyer originally for my case and after paying her and the first court appearance I could tell my best interest were not at hand and felt like I was being taken advantage of. I contacted Andre explaining how I felt and asked his advice. The previous lawyer told me there was no way my case would be dismissed and I should take the first deal which was horrible. Andre advised me of what his plan would be and that he believed he could get a much better deal or even a dismissal. From the start he made me feel like he actually cared about how this case affected my life and that he would try his best to get the best outcome for me. I never once felt taken advantage of or had to be wondering what was happening with my case. The end result was that my case was dismissed!!! It was worth every penny to hire him as a second lawyer and would highly recommend him to any that is looking for someone they can trust will have their best interest at hand. Thanks again Andre!

Omggggggggggggggggggg!!!!! Mr khan is the mannnnnnnn!!! Let me tell u !!! This man was sooooooo diligent and attentive throughou this whole process! This experience could have never been easier without him!!! He was thorough , organized, and made the process very easy. I filed for my parents and got their green card this am! Mr khannn u meltef my heart!!! U r amazinnnnnnnng! Case are different, my parents were already in the us land so It took approximately 6 for us to get their card. Thankkkkk uuuu! Don't look further is the guyyyyyyyy!!!!!!

My Wife and I met with Andrew earlier this year to review our previous Estate Plan. He found many corrections that were necesary to properly protect our family.
