I called The Khan Law Firm yesterday and spoke to Stefanos. My wife and I recently received citizenship, but a few days prior my wife's mother in the UK passed away unexpectedly. Since the USCIS takes your permanent residency card at the citizenship interview she needed a passport urgently and due to Covid its almost impossible to get an appointment. Stefanos gave us several invaluable pieces of advice which led to my wife getting her passport today. Caring attorneys that worked well with us every step of the way toward acquisition of the green card. All required forms are available online. However some of them are quite nuanced, and may be confusing in their ambiguity. Mr. Khan and his law firm were always available to coach us every step of the way, and, made our understanding of the plethora of forms seamless, and resulted in our acquisition of the green card in a timely fashion. The khan law office and stuff are so unprofessional and rude to their customers when trying to see if he can take my case which I am willing to pay a high price then but everyone is so rude and disrespectful. They pass on the information that don’t take this customer servilely because we don’t have time. Poor quality poor values not professional not responsive are all definition of khan law firm. You guys can go to hell for ur poor customer service and unprofessionalism and rude and disrespectful.

I highly recommend Nas Khan Montoya. Recently had an issue with my sister's Visa Classification with the National Visa Center recognizing her as an adult when the application was filed when she was a minor. Atty. Khan is such an honest man. He could have just taken the fee but he didn't until he was sure that the case can be resolved. He was very informative of the process that needs to be taken. Assured me that he will do everything to achieve the desired result. 2 weeks after hiring him, her Visa Classification has been resolved and the National Visa Center has adjusted her from F24 to F22. They are the best immigration attorneys, hands down, in our opinions that are out there.
