If you need a DUI attorney, Andrei Lapine is the real deal. Andrei helped me with my DUI and resisting arrest (felony charge) case in Orange County. Initially, I was worried my life was going to be destroyed. After almost 8 months of working on my case, he was able to not only get my DUI charge dismissed, but he also got my resisting arrest charge dismissed too. Would not recommend. Because of his lack of attention he submitted a motion with his own wording that actually helped the opposing counsel's argument. As a result my kids were allowed to be relocated out of State away from me and severe parent alienation ensued. My children have suffered trauma and were estranged from me their Father because of his poor representation as an attorney. And, one of his positive reviews is a Tom Hicks private investigator that he refers business to who did nothing to truly help my children and me, but took my money. There are no words for nightmare Mr. Maineri could have prevented.

Great attorney I had trouble with my husband when he was detained by ice. But khan help me get my husband out of the facility where they had him it wasn’t easy we had trouble at first with them they weren’t responding to my attorney but then he put pressure on them spoke to the supervisor of ice he told them that he was representing my husband and that he haven’t received any response regarding his case so that helped my husband got out before thanksgiving I was so happy 😀 I really recommend me khan Now we’re trying to fight to get his papers and stay in this country
