Andrew is phenomenal! He went over everything possible to make sure we were setting up our futures exactly the way we want it to be for our surviving family. I am currently pregnant and wouldn’t have even thought of a healthcare directive for my future deliveries. He showed examples of how to word exactly what I wanted when it comes to the health of our unborn child as well as myself and documented the decisions we made that were right for us. Andrew is extremely thorough and takes time and care to go over every line to make sure we know what we’re deciding and signing. This review is long overdue but I wanted to still post my very positive experience working with Andrew Wertheim several months ago. My elderly mother and stepfather needed to update their trust and POA paperwork. I flew in from another state for the week. Despite the very tight working window, Andrew made room in his busy schedule to get everything completed that week. He reviewed everything very thoroughly, found some problems and even an error in the previous revision (revised previously by someone else), fixed everything and even arranged for a notary to come to the house (because of stepfather's limited mobility) to get everything signed and finished. Throughout this process Andrew was very patient (while I searched for all the necessary paperwork), clear, helpful and professional. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Just a wonderful experience all around. I was then and remain now very grateful for his expertise and assistance. Thank you Andrew!!

Kevin is just the right balance of personal and professional. I came to him in a time of serious legal need and he showed great poise and competence in how to handle my situation.
