I highly recommend Nas Khan Montoya. Recently had an issue with my sister's Visa Classification with the National Visa Center recognizing her as an adult when the application was filed when she was a minor. Atty. Khan is such an honest man. He could have just taken the fee but he didn't until he was sure that the case can be resolved. He was very informative of the process that needs to be taken. Assured me that he will do everything to achieve the desired result. 2 weeks after hiring him, her Visa Classification has been resolved and the National Visa Center has adjusted her from F24 to F22. Highly recommend his firm. Result oriented, very informative and honest.

They are the best immigration attorneys, hands down, in our opinions that are out there. We started the immigration process with another lawyer and quickly realized that they were not who they represented themselves to be. We then contacted the Khan Law Firn in hopes of helping us with immigrating my wife and children here from Uganda. Their tireless efforts and diligence on behalf of our family was" top Notch" .
