We cannot recommend Chuck enough!!! My husband was facing three felony counts that endangered not only his freedom, but also the custody of his children! Mr. Gorian took the time to hear his side of the story, reviewed the supposed facts against him and found so many discrepancies in the police report that didn’t add up and was able to get the District Attorney to drop all of the charges down to an infraction with no fine. He is a very knowledgeable and savvy attorney who truly believes in defending the innocence of those falsely accused! He truly is an amazing attorney and human being! If you are in need of an attorney who is knows what they’re doing and not going to rip you off, Chuck is who you should call!!! Thank you Chuck!

Well I see that Chuck is still doing an awesome job. Chuck was hired to defend my ex husband after his first attorney just made everything a mes. My ex ended up getting 15 to life. Then Chuck took his case and was able to get my ex 9 years.In the past I've had bad experience with attorneys not doing a good job. Or returning calls. SHowever that was not the case with Chuck. He stays in contact with clients.I definitely would recommend him

Let me see.. what else can I say? Great attorney. He helped me when no other attorneys were able to help me. He fought my case for months and kept me out of jail until all the charges were dismissed against me. Chuck was referred to me by my coworkers and I couldn’t be more grateful. Communication was extremely great throughout the entire process that I was going.
