Kiki was amazing. She was proactive with my case. Kiki always make sure I was comfortable with every step we did and gave me the pros and cons as we discussed our next step. Before anything was submitted she had me review and any questions I had she explained them in details. Kiki response time was amazing with any email or phone calls. Mr. Pickford and his entire team are professional and kind. They helped me through some legal issues with my mother's estate and I was so pleased I used them again to draw up my living trust. Waited over 30 min with no other clients in the office, to be told that Mr. Pickford couldn't help me with my case. He literally made me cry telling me to pay off my debt with my disability money. Called another lawyer today and got help right away. His 30 yr experience with only a few hundred reviews doesn't mean anything at all. My new lawyer used a computer to check everything while Mr. Pickford used a pen and a paper telling me to slow down so he can write everything down. so professional for 30 yr experience.

If I could give zero I would. We were given this attorney's information from ARAG legal insurance. He met with us in an office and wrote some stuff down before rushing out of the office to do some "calculations" for our home and value based on when we purchased. He rushed in and said we have too much equity based on owning the house for 2 years and rushed out again sending his "assistant" in. She said we should get an evaluation of our home done. The main problem with all of this is there is an exemption law that states that money that came from the sale of a house within the same state within the 1215 days is exempt from counting as equity in the home. Neither he nor his "assistant" knew that, and they also don't do chapter 13 at this location. would not recommend since this attorney is not knowledgeable with the law.
