I only have good things to say a out The Khan Law Firm. My husband made a great choice when he chose The Khan Law Firm to assist us on the immigration process. They are very profesional and helpful, always letting me know how everything was going and answering all my questions. Emily is very dedicated and helped me with every little details in this long and stressful journey and Im finally home with my husband and daughter. The Khan firm was very professional with my case. From the very beginning to the end. They worked with me and were very helpful in answering all questions. Emily was very helpful and still is to this day. I feel blessed because our case was going on during this covid 19 period. And things were very stressful and difficult near the end because of closures. But she made it possible for my wife and daughter to do a emergency visit to pick up the visas so they could come home to America. And we are so ever grateful. At first it seemed like our experience and expectations were being met . We were very unaware of process and they answered some of questions , my husband had other questions but he had told us to hold off.. now I get why. Basically to pay them Now and come back to it later Where then they can’t help us and money lost. Anyways the first Huge portion of our payment was made . After that I began emailing calling to see if we can come back for second part ... lawyer never called me back or emailed me. Again I called 2 weeks later , finally he called me back about 1-2 days later after that and just said sorry etc. we went in and basically that’s where everything fell short and he didn’t want to work with us any longer because of our circumstances.. that we wanted to ask in beginning about....

Very thorough and detailed process, explained everything necessary, did all the leg work necessary to provide the INS with everything needed the first time.
